Operation K9 Scoop – Terms & Conditions for Service Plans Service Description: Operation K9 Scoop offers dog waste removal services through tiered plans. Each plan includes specific coverage, service frequency, and additional benefits as outlined in your selected package. Subscription & Payment: A valid credit/debit card must be kept on file for all subscriptions. Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Any failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days to avoid service interruption. Rescheduling & Cancellations: 1-hour reschedule window: If you need to adjust a service time, you must notify us at least 1 hour before your scheduled visit. Cancel Anytime: Customers may cancel their plan at any time with no penalties. No refunds for unused service days in a billing cycle, but customers may continue using the service until the end of the paid period. Access Requirements: Customers must ensure clear access to the yard on scheduled service days. Pets should be secured to allow our team to perform cleanup safely. BBQ Emergency & Special Requests (If Included in Plan): BBQ Emergency Cleanups require at least 1-day notice and are subject to availability. Same-day requests may be accommodated but are not guaranteed. Service Limitations & Liability: Operation K9 Scoop is not liable for pet behavior, yard conditions, or obstacles that prevent service completion. If a yard is excessively unsanitary beyond normal conditions, service may be declined. Plan Adjustments & Modifications: Customers can upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time.
